How do I know which engagement is right for me?
Start with a discovery call — it’s free and takes about 20 minutes. Most people arrive thinking they want coaching and leave clearer on whether a 360° read-out first would set the coaching up better. We’ll say what we honestly think fits, even if that’s the smaller engagement.
Is the 20-minute discovery call really free?
Yes — no charge and no pitch. It’s a real conversation to hear what you’re walking into and see whether we’re the right people for it. If we’re not the best fit, we’ll tell you and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
Do sessions happen in person or by video?
Whichever keeps your week sane. We meet in person here at the cove in New Bern, or by video — and plenty of engagements mix the two. There’s free parking on the cove side if you come in.
Will everything I share stay confidential?
Completely. What you say in coaching stays between you and your coach. For 360° read-outs, we protect the sources of every piece of feedback — your team can speak freely, and you receive themes, never who-said-what.
Can my company be invoiced directly?
Absolutely — most engagements are. We send a simple agreement and a single invoice once scope and dates are confirmed, and we’re glad to work with your finance or L&D team on the paperwork.
What if I need to pause or reschedule a session?
Life happens, especially in a senior role. Give us as much notice as you can and we’ll move things without fuss — your engagement runway flexes with you rather than penalizing a busy month.
